Organic Natural wine, made 100% with the variety Xinomavro, from vineyards planted about half a century ago on the edge of the village of Trilofos, Imathia.
The grapes are 50% “whole cluster” and fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts. The maceration lasts for 30 days. No sulphite is added at any stage of vinification.
