Spicy anchovy fillets from salted Aegean anchovy.
Anchovy from the crystal clear waters of the Aegean is considered one of the most delicious fish of its kind. It is traditionally fished mainly from the area of Mount Athos.
The anchovy is traditionally processed by hand. It is seasoned with coarse sea salt and remains in barrels for maturing for 2-3 months. The salt is removed, then it is carefully filleted by hand one by one and placed in Greek organic olive oil from where it gets its final flavours.
This way Think Green’s anchovy fillets retain the soft taste of the fish with the aromas that the Greek olive oil gives it. Let it melt on your palate and enjoy!
Ingredients: anchovy fillet 60% (caught in Aegean 37.3.1, fishing gear: seine with cyclonic nets), organic red hot pepper, organic extra virgin olive oil, salt.
