In the tropical climate of Peru and from the holy -as the Magias say- cacao, are being harvested the cacao seeds, from Criollo variety. Then they are being grounded and through the compression process, create cocoa mass (cocoa paste). After being melted, subsequently solidified in circular pieces.
Usage: Cacao Paste, is ideal for creating home-made chocolate. Without additives and sweeteners you can use the 100% pure, organic cacao paste, in recipes for sweets, to create ice cream and cake covers, or as a healthy snack.
