Organic ripe olives with thyme!
Velouitinos olives, unripe green and ripe black, come from 4 different varieties of organic farming or integrated management, with special characteristics.
They are gently processed and packed in a modified atmosphere to keep their characteristics unaltered, without the addition of preservatives.
An important innovation of Velouitinos is the production of the Thassos trubas olive with minimal salt, which is very popular in Greece and in many foreign countries.
Ingredients: throuba olive of Thassos* and thyme.
