Organic drained tomato juice , 100% natural, from certified organic crops of Pieria. It is made from juicy organic tomatoes, which are collected and washed by hand, milled and pasteurized at low temperatures in order to maintain the taste and the nutrients. No added salt, preservatives, color additives or pectins.
Three kilos of fresh, reddish, August tomatoes were washed by hand, pulped and drained into turpentine to give a kilo of drained tomato juice. Minimal quantity is enough to give unique flavor to all dishes.
