Mandarins are mostly harvested in southern Sicily, from mid-November until May, depending on their variety. We combine the mandarins with organic turmeric, a spice with numerous health properties and an intense aroma.
Flavour: fresh and surprising Pairings and tips: it is perfect paired with medium-ripened cheeses. It’s also great as a filling for tarts and other desserts.
