Black truffle graviera is produced in Viotia and contains exclusively sheep milk from selected breeds of the area and black truffle collected in the mountains of Chalkidiki.
A unique product based on the strong combination of cheese with the aromatic truffle. Thanks to its special recipe, chopped black winter truffle kneaded by hand in the graviera and thus, cheese acquire rich truffle aromas that persist on the palate while keeping its character thanks to its high quality sheep’s milk.
