Organic mild full fat yogurt with a balanced mix of blueberry and cassis in a large plastic cup. Does not contain any added flavors, nor gluten. After cooling down, the pasteurized milk is warmed up to an incubation temperature of about 38 – 40 ° C and inocculated with active L.acidophilus and B.bifidum cultures. The yoghurt then matures slowly and after an optimal maturing period, it is gently stirred and bottled either in pure form or mixed with selected fruits.
