Strained goat’s yoghurt is an excellent source of probiotics and is rich in vitamin A, B2 and B12. It comes from fermented goat’s milk. The difference with goat’s yoghurt is the additional treatment that the yoghurt curd undergoes in order to remove a significant amount of whey.
The “Village of Karla” is a family-run livestock enterprise, which acts with respect for the values and well-being of the herd’s animals, with a basic characteristic of love for the animals and respect for their rights, which graze freely in the pastures that extend beyond the boundaries of Lake Karla, up to the peaks of western Pelion.
