Kimchi cabbage with a characteristic, authentic taste, with fresh, raw vegetables, salt and with the help of beneficial bacteria (lactic acid bacteria) that are naturally present in vegetables and multiply during the fermentation process. Manu products are fermented in a natural, traditional way in oak barrels for at least 3 weeks.
