Organic pasta made with wheat of the Cappeli variety discovered at the beginning of the last century by one of Italy’s greatest scientists: “Senatore Raffaele Cappelli” !
The wheat is grown on organic farms in Puglia located in Italy , recreating the healthy taste of the bygone years. It is milled fresh each morning for the day’s production and combined with nearby virgin water from the mountain springs of the Italian Alps for a uniquely aromatic and delicious pasta.
When cooked it exudes the aromas of farm fresh milk and creamy mashed potatoes with a hint of roasted chestnuts.
The taste is sweet and buttery with hints of sea salt.
