Organic seeds, ground flaxseed and turmeric along with smoked chilies from Florina pepper blend harmoniously in a sourdough bread with wheat flour. An organically certified bread, high in protein, antioxidants and nutrients, made from stone-ground flour. The bread is preserved by wrapping it in cloth and placing it in a plastic bag. This way it stays fresh for about 5 days.
For the next few days we recommend reheating it in the oven or toaster oven. If you want to heat the whole loaf, put it in the oven at about 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes. It gets even better if you freeze it. For years, Betty`s Bakery has been reviving real bread.
