Dried mint leaves. One of the most popular aromatic plants in Europe and Asia, it belongs to the mint family and is widely grown in pots and flowerbeds. It has a surprising number of dozens of uses in the culinary, pharmaceutical and perfume industries. The leaves are bright green in color, pointed or rounded depending on the species, with square stems, purple or blue flowers, a height of no more than 80 cm and a flowering period lasting from May to the end of June.
The ancient Greeks rubbed it on their table before sitting down to a meal or used it to make myrrh, the Egyptians and the Chinese attributed numerous healing properties to it, while mint tea is one of the most popular in the East.
