The goat cheese in brine is made from fresh organic milk with a minimum fat content of only 23.5%. It is a soft white cheese, like a spread, with a sour taste.
Goat cheese, contains higher amounts of protein than cow’s cheese, without causing allergies, and seems to be more tolerated by people with gastrointestinal problems. It can be combined with oily foods, legumes, salads and in many dessert recipes.
