Soy egg substitute, ideal for vegan omelets without gluten and animal derivatives.
Ingredients: 98% tofu* (water, soybeans*, thickening agent: calcium sulphate), salt, spices*, raw sugar*, thickening agent: agar-agar*. May contain traces of: mustard*, sesame*, celery* (*=organic agriculture).
Usage tips: If you wish to omelette in the pan, remove the package and cover, stir the tofu with a fork and fry both sides in a few drops of oil.
Serve with a spoonful of mustard. As a vegetarian breakfast omelette: Put the omelette (with the plastic cover) in a pot of hot water (maximum temperature 70 °C) and leave it for 5 minutes. Then take it off the cover and enjoy it with a combination of herb margarine or other vegetarian Lord of tofu products.
